Return Period
You can return unused products according to the following conditions within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and unused, and the original packaging must be available and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met.
Non-Returnable Products
There may be some products that are not returnable according to local laws and regulations, such as health products and products that require personal use for health reasons and others.
1. Electrical appliances: If they are opened and the buyer wants to change his mind about them and there is no manufacturing defect, they cannot be replaced or returned unless a maintenance defect is proven by the importing company with a warranty report within 10 days only.
2. Household appliances: Replacement or return may be allowed after opening them provided that their packaging is undamaged and the product has not been used.
3. Products wrapped in factory packaging that are damaged by removing the packaging are not entitled to be replaced unless the product is proven to be damaged.
Return Process

If you wish to return the product, please contact our customer service team and provide us with your order information. The support team will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the return process successfully.

1. The return is free of charge in the event of a product error or damage only, or in the event of the product being inspected and received after inspection, and the company does not bear the shipping costs in the event that the return is for a personal opinion or for reasons other than those previously mentioned.

2. In the event that the product is received and your desire to purchase changes, with no error in the product, and in the event that the product received matches the product requested from the site, please contact the customer service team to determine the possibility of replacing or returning the product according to the aforementioned conditions.

3. In the event of a return, due to a problem or a reason specific to the product, the product is withdrawn from the customer and examined, then the exchange or return is made after the examination and the reason for the request is proven.

Shipping costs in the event of replacement or return

1. The customer has the right to replace without incurring shipping costs if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the specifications.
2. The customer shall bear the shipping costs if the company agrees to exchange or return for other reasons.
